She was predeceased by: her parents, Johnnie White and Mamie White; her husband Matthew Thompson, Jr.; and her siblings, Broadus, Leslie, Rochella, John Edgar, Eaner and Francine.
She is survived by: her children, Gwenette White and Keith Thompson. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, extended family, and devoted friends.
Viewing was held on Thursday, November 13th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Marcus D. Brown Funeral Home, Inc. (1212 S Main St, Anderson, SC 29624). A funeral service was held on Friday, November 14th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the Evergreen Baptist Church (1305 Evergreen Rd, Anderson, SC 29621). A burial was held on Friday, November 14th 2025 at the Evergreen Baptist Church Cemetery (1305 Evergreen Rd, Anderson, SC 29621).
