He was predeceased by: his parents, Larry Gene and Janie Ruth Kelley Baxter. He is survived by: his wife Amy A. Baxter; his daughters, Amber Faith Baxter and Lacy Marie Holcombe (Jayson); his brothers, Larry Bradley and Bruce Wayne Baxter; and his granddaughter Arleigh Jayne Baxter.
