He is survived by: his children, Jessica Mize (Carl), Kimberly McMillian (Alan) and Maranda Blackwell; his grandchildren, Kinsley Mize, Weston Mize, Brayden Blackwell, Kingston Blackwell, Ryder Blackwell, Maverick Human and Paisley Human; and his siblings, Kristi Wardlaw Lanier (Tim), Lori Wardlaw Whitt (Scotty), Deron Wardlaw (Lisa) and Kendra Wardlaw.
