She is survived by: her daughter Jennifer Lee Holtkamp; her son-in-law Thomas Allen Bjorklund; her stepson Karl Bryan Holtkamp; her granddaughters, Emily Ann Johnson and Alison Nicole Johnson; her niece Kimberly Brunetti (White); and her nephew Kenneth White.
In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be made in Carol's memory to Hospice of the Upstate or the Cure Alzheimer's Fund.
