He is survived by: his daughter Ella Shaye Eberhart; the mother of his child Sharon Beck Eberhart; his brother Erik Eberhart (Amy); his nieces, Erika and Lydia Eberhart; his nephew Grady Eberhart; his great-niece Mila Friesen; his pet Blackie; and his stepparents, Sonja Eberhart Puterbaugh and David Poole.
