She was predeceased by: her parents, Ida Walker and John Latimer; her husband Samuel Young; and her children, Gloria Young, John Will Young, Michael Young and Kevin Young.
She is survived by: her children, Connie Rice, Janice Young, Allison Wood (Stefan), Clarence Young and Sammy Young; and her grandchildren, Terrance Young, Xavier Foster, Brianna Castlin and Amari Castlin.
