She was predeceased by: her parents, Bernice Barry of Shady Valley, TN. and Herbert D. Wright; her husband Charles G. Rose of Plainsboro, NJ.; her son Charles Michael; and her sister Kaye Powell.
She is survived by: her children, James Rose (Parrish), Robert Rose (Rebecca) of Richmond, VA and Sandy Rose of Anderson, SC; her daughter-in-law Paula Rose of Mechanicsville, VA; her siblings, Lucille Durden, Linda Moore, Raye Thompson and Kent Wright (Sherry); her cousin Craig Barry (Donna); and her granddaughters, Holly, Carlee, Christine, Chelsea, Heather and Courtney. She is also survived by 8 great grandchildren and several cousins, nieces and nephews.
A graveside service will be held on Friday, September 25th 2026 at 2:00 PM at the Westhampton Memorial Park (10000 Patterson Ave, Richmond, VA 23238).
