With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Donna Welborn Phillips of Anderson, South Carolina, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on August 6, 2025 at the age of 64. Though Donna Welborn may no longer walk among us, her spirit lives on in the echoes of her kindness, the warmth of her embrace, and the light of her enduring love.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Clarence Owen Welborn and Clara Lee Doker Evans. She is survived by: her husband Deacon Barry S. Phillips; her son Tyler A. Phillips of Greenville; and her siblings, Debbie Duncan (Bobby) of Royston and Scott Evans (Patti) of Hartwell.
