She was predeceased by: her parents, Archie Palmer Niven, Sr. and Fannie Ellen Knight Niven; her husband Joe; and her siblings, Elizabeth "Lib" Gunter and Archie Niven, Jr..
She is survived by: her sons, Benjamin Niven (Benjie) and Bradley Owen McGill (Brad); her grandsons, Ben McGill (Megan) and Bobby McGill; and her sister Julia Simpson. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
