It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Frances Fowler Herring of Anderson, South Carolina, who passed away on August 14, 2025, at the age of 84, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, J. Lewis Fowler, Sr. and Gertrude Poore Fowler; and her siblings, Bonnie Cochran Shirley, James, Charles and Billy Fowler.
She is survived by: her sons, Richard Herring (Jill) of Marietta, GA and Jon Herring (Britt) of Marietta, GA; and her grandchildren, Zackary Herring, Payton Herring, Savanna Herring and Ansley Herring.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to New Prospect Baptist Church, 2503 Whitehall Rd., Anderson, SC 29625.
