He is survived by: his wife Drunelle Woods McDavid; his children, Ray McDavid (Felisa) and Dr. Yolita Oparah (Theodore); his grandsons, Seth and Matthew Oparah; and his siblings, Eula Mae McDavid, Helen Cooley (Emerson), Elvia Pendleton, Brijette Norris (George) and David McDavid (Shirley). He is also survived by cousins, nieces, nephews, other loving relatives, and friends.
