He is survived by: his children, Tijuanna Heard of Hartwell, GA, Aletha Gillerson of Lavonia, GA and Yontreal Darby of Acworth, GA; his grandchildren, Te'Andre Heard of Statesville, NC and Tatiana Heard of Jersey City; and his siblings, Donald Sturgeon (Roxie) of Hartwell, GA, Mildred Sims (William) of Statesville, NC and Annie Smith (David) of Washington, PA. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, and other relatives and friends.
