She is survived by: her children, Chuck Capps, Frank Capps (Tracy), Stacy Capps, Rita Capps and Gail Capps; and her siblings, Joey Wilson (Tammy) and Tammy Harrer. She is also survived by 14 grandchildren; and 16 great-grandchildren.
