He was predeceased by: his parents, Deacon Winfield Parson and Sister Sarah Parson; his sister Wanda Parson Williams; and his grandmother Sister Alfreda Cook Belton. He is survived by: his sister Sarah Parson; his children, Shemika Alfreida Parson, David Walter Winfield Parson and Shree Dorothy Elizabeth Parson; and his sisters, Millicent Parson and Lavendia Parson. He is also survived by nine grandchildren, one great grandchild, and a host of nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.
