He is survived by: his daughter Anna Phillips; his sisters, Harriett Burris (John) and Billie Jo Steel; his aunt Gloria Morgan; his nieces and nephews, Megan Lambert (James), Robin Fisher (Adam), Whittney Burriss, Lacey Simpson (Drew) and Brandon Byrum; his great-nieces and great-nephews, Ashlynn Lambert Pellerin (Spellman), Bryson Lambert, Kinsley Lambert and Levi Sizemore; and his close friend Roxanne Rollins.
A memorial service was held on Friday, September 11th 2026 at 4:00 PM at the Lebanon Baptist Church (5150 Gentry Rd, Anderson, SC 29621).
