He is survived by: his wife Jaqueline "Jackie" Washington; his sons, Aaron Washington of Atlanta and Ian Washington (Jaylona) of Traverse City, Michigan; his siblings, Michael Fortune (Teresa) of Lorain, Howard Washington of Elyria, Ohio, Linda Cooper (Sonny) of Elyria, Ohio and Phyllis Washington of Elyria, Ohio; his niece La Tasha; his nephews, Andre, Richard and Marcus; Loki. He is also survived by cousins, close friends.
