He is survived by: his parents, Rick Green and Colleen Green; his children, Karter Joseph Green and Mila Fynlee Green; his siblings, Nikki Arroyo (Nathan), Josh Lay, Drew McDowell and Mike Bradberry; his nieces, McKenna, Raelynn and Adriana Arroyo; his aunts and uncles, Shirley Ward, Johnny Chappell, Buster (Judy Green) and Hunter (Brenda Baker); and his cousins, Brittany Terry, Brian Ward, Casey Barnett, Mike Green and Will Baker.
In lieu of flowers, the family asks that memorials be made to The Bridge Recovery Center so that others may experience the same hope, healing, and love that Hunter found there.
