C; his daughter Tashantee Scotland of Anderson, S. C.; and his siblings, Melissa Brooks of Anderson, S. C., Camille Hayes of New York, Tara Lockey of Chicago Ill and Edwin B. Hawkins of Anderson, S. C.. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, cousins, church family, and dear friends.
