He is survived by: his children, David Boone (Sherry), Julie Boone and Amy Lewis (Kevin); his grandchildren, Jake Eder, Carson Eder, Kellie Grace Lewis, Hanna Lewis and Emma Lewis; and his great grandchild Sophia Eder.
