He was predeceased by: his parents, Leon Marcus and Irene Weldon Bleckley; his sister Anabel Bleckley Donaldson; and his nephew Robert Bickford. He is survived by: his wife Nancy Cooke Bleckley; his children, Rosanne Hiott Kinley (Danny) of Anderson, Allen Hiott (Donna) of Anderson, Beth Bleckley Patterson (Chris) of Spartanburg and Anne Nichols Bleckley-Condon (Colleen) of Charleston; his grandchildren, Will Patterson, Drew Patterson, Clay Patterson, Kristina Hiott Brooks (David), Craig Kinley (Lori), Kevin Kinley (Emily) and Patrick Kinley (Kristi); and his nieces, Candace Wagner of Covington and Anna Donaldson of Oldsmar, FL.. He is also survived by six great-grandchildren.
