We are sad to announce that on August 11, 2025, at the age of 82, James Wright of Anderson, South Carolina passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Samuel Harrison and Lula Ruby Brown Wright; and his former wife Annie Laurie Whitfield Wright. He is survived by: his wife Barbara Owens Wright; his siblings, Joyce W. Lyles and Reggie Wright (Jan); his siblings' children, Dianne Sandifer (John), Hank Lyles (Sheri) and Jason Cobb; his great-niece Kelly Geiger (Caleb); his great-nephews, Sam Sandifer (Bailee) and Brent Cobb; Mary Ellison Geiger, Avery Geiger, Palmer Sandifer and John Ripp Sandifer.
