She was predeceased by: her parents, Robert William and Helen Fuhrman Collins. She is survived by: her husband Gerald Joseph Munn; her children, Kimberly Eiler, Kristen Evans (Douglas), Suzette Munn, Donna Van Derhayden (Richard), Joseph Scott Keefer (Erika) and Christopher Munn (Kimberly); her siblings, David, Daniel, Kevin Collins, Barbara Houpt, Laurie Strother and Robin Frost; and her close friend Linda Wachter. She is also survived by 13 grandchildren; two great grandchildren.
