She was predeceased by: her parents, James "Shorty" Thomas and Nannie Ruth Moon Thomas. She is survived by: her husband Jimmy Hanks; her sons, Zack Hanks (Mandy), Creighton of Iva and Jacob Hanks (Hannah); her grandchildren, Tenley, Maysen, Tyler Grace and Beau of Moncks Corner; her brother Rodney Thomas (Ann); her nephews, Randy and Steven; and her sisters-in-law, Nancy Smith, Carol Brown, Gayle Poore, Cheryl Wright, Trish Williams and Cindy Roy.
