Jason leaves behind cherished memories for friends, family, and all who had the privilege of knowing him. Jason’s life was marked by connections and experiences that touched those around him. Though he is no longer with us, the moments shared, the laughter, and the support he offered will continue to resonate. All who knew Jason will carry forward his memory in their hearts.
He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Grady, Edith Cummings and Sarah Smith. He is survived by: his parents, William "Bill" Carl Smith Jr. and Nancy Jane Cummings Smith; his wife Julie Gregory Smith; his daughter Kalei Renee Smith; his brother William Chad Smith (Jennifer); and his brother-in-law Rev. Joshua David Gregory (Rachel). He is also survived by several cousins, aunts and uncles, nieces and nephews and one great-niece.
Visitation will be held on Friday, October 9th 2026 from 11:30 AM to 1:00 PM at the Standard Cremation & Funeral Center (1621 Pearman Dairy Rd, Anderson, SC 29625). A memorial service will be held on Friday, October 9th 2026 at 1:00 PM at the Tribute Room of the Standard Cremation & Funeral Center (1621 Pearman Dairy Rd, Anderson, SC 29625).
