He is survived by: his parents, Tony Worley and Deborah Allen Worley; his girlfriend Danielle Francis; his sons, Gavin Worley (Eryshia Thomas-Worley) and Gabriel Francis; his sister Crystal Worley Johnson (Derrick); his nephews, Grayson (Jenna), Tanner, Brady and Jett Johnson; and his great-nephew Davis.
In 2020, after a bout with Covid-19, Jason was stricken with paralysis and was confined to a wheelchair.
