He was predeceased by: his father J. P. (Mirtrue Beaty Hill); his siblings, Carl, Larry Hill and Linda Faye Hill Sheffield; and his grandparents, Jim, Pearl Hill Hancock (Raymond), Willie and Eunice Walker Beaty.
He is survived by: his mother Mirtrue Hill of Anderson, SC; his children, Jamika LeeAnn Hall (Quinnterious) of Anderson, SC, Jonathan "JoJo" Pinkney (Angel) of Ft. Lauderdale, FL and Charles Oliver of Anderson, SC; his aunt Beblyn Jean Beaty of Anderson, SC; and his siblings-in-law, Ivery Lee Paul Hill of Anderson, SC and Eddie Sheffield of Bronx, NY. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins.
Viewing was held on Wednesday, April 23rd 2025 at 11:00 AM and from 3:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the D. B. Walker Funeral Services (Mt. Moriah Baptist Church) (4909 SC-81, Starr, SC 29684). A funeral service was held on Thursday, April 24th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the Mt Moriah Baptist Church (4909 SC-81, Starr, SC 29684). A burial was held on Thursday, April 24th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Mj Dolly Cooper Veteran's Cemetery (140 Inway Dr, Anderson, SC 29621).
