She was predeceased by: her parents, Frank Hoover and Helen Zolbe Hoover. She is survived by: her husband Glenn Barbour; her children, Janet Holley, Tracey Thornhill and Cindy Lathwell; and her sister Betsy Hoover. She is also survived by 4 grandchildren, 5 great-grandchildren.
