Though Joel may no longer walk beside us, his spirit lives on in the memories and the legacy Joel leaves behind.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Carolyn Tiller Black and Jerrell "Mickey" Holmes; and his stepfather Edward Black. He is survived by: his daughters, Farron Richardson and Ashton LeMaster; his grandchildren, Eleacia Richardson, Kaden LeMaster and Blaine LeMaster; and his brother Kenneth Holmes.
