We are sad to announce that on August 6, 2025, at the age of 79, John Harold McWhite Jr. of Anderson, South Carolina, born in Greenville, South Carolina passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, John H. McWhite, Sr. and Sarah Hunter McWhite. He is survived by: his wife Suzanne Rice McWhite; his children, Todd Allen McWhite (Anna) and Jennifer Clinkscales (Brian); his grandchildren, Garrett McWhite (Paige), Kathryn Maney (Tyler), Abigail and Madison Clinkscales; his great grandchildren, Drake and Adrian McWhite; and his sisters, Rebecca M. McDonald and Pamela M. Owens.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, August 9th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Sullivan-King Mortuary (3205 N Hwy 81, Anderson, SC 29621). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, August 9th 2025 at 3:00 PM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Regency Hospital, 2000 East Greenville Street, 2nd Floor, Anderson, SC 29621.
