He is survived by: his wife Brenda C. Traynham; his son C. Todd Traynham; his daughter-in-law Lorie J. Traynham; his grandsons, Brayden G. Traynham and Luke J. Traynham; his brother Larry Traynham; and his siblings-in-law, Derrell Capell and Mickey Boggs. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
