He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Clinton Gunnin "Charlie" and Sybil Spears Gunnin of Anderson; and his brother Charles Clinton Gunnin Jr. "Chuck" (Cynthia Hyman Gunnin) of Myrtle Beach. He is survived by: his daughter Julie Gunnin Kopp; his son-in-law David Goodwin Kopp (Wynn) of Anderson; his grandchildren, Annabeth, Keaton and Camden Kopp; his cousins, Judy Daniels of Anderson, Penny Floyd of Anderson and Linda Mitchell of Anderson; his great-aunt Inez Spears of Anderson; and his nieces and nephews, Charles Clinton Gunnin III (Clint) of Summerville, William Brice Hyman of Aiken, Tammy Gunnin McCallister of Myrtle Beach, Paige Gunnin Benton of Bonneau, Carrie Layne Hyman of Myrtle Beach and Raven Hyman Locklear of Myrtle Beach.
