He was predeceased by: his parents, Willie Lee and Sylvene Johnson McAdams; and his siblings, Sally Johnson Scott, Ruby McAdams Bobo, James McAdams and John L. McAdams.
He is survived by: his children, Tasha Martin (Lonnie), Adrian of Anderson, SC and Ray Johnson of Anderson, SC; and his siblings, Dorothy M. Harris (Bobby) of Anderson, SC, Anthony McAdams (Patrice) of Fountain Inn, SC, Bessie McAdams (Nori) of Sunrise, Arizona and Richard McAdams (Anna Marie) of Lake Wells, Florida.. He is also survived by six grandchildren; two great-grandchildren.
