With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Lucy Rogers of Anderson, South Carolina, born in Loris, South Carolina, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on April 19, 2024 at the age of 90. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by : her husband Paul K. Rogers; her parents, Bert Rogers and Gertrude Williams Rogers; her son Paul Kenneth Rogers, Jr.; and her sister Betty Capps.

She is survived by : her children, Mary Haynes (Peter), Russell Rogers (Alycia) and Catherine Anne Mirando (Felix); her daughter-in-law Angie Rogers; her grandchildren, Cannon Haynes (Audri), Courtland Wright (John), Catherine Hart Ayers (Chandler), Audrey Rogers, Meredith Rogers, Warren Rogers, Felix Mirando IV (Anna Grace), Haigen Mirando, Analiese Mirando, Kelly Wall (Randall), Ashley Peters (Ty) and Mary Catherine Rogers; her great grandchildren, Brazeal, Ballard, Jack Wright, Huntley, Cruz Haynes and Hayden Rogers; and her brother Eugene F. Rogers.

Visitation was held on Friday, May 3rd 2024 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Sullivan-King Mortuary Chapel (3205 N Hwy 81, Anderson, SC 29621). A celebration of life was held on Friday, May 3rd 2024 at 11:00 AM at the same location.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to First Baptist Church, 307 South Manning Street, Anderson, SC 29624.
