She was predeceased by: her mother Mary Frances Moon; her children, Fred Richard "Rick" Chasteen and Tonya Tamara Chasteen; and her great grandchild Dakota Blume. She is survived by: her son Terry W.; her daughter-in-law Marie Chasteen; her daughter Tina Chasteen Phinney; and her siblings, Patsy Sweatt, Gale Waters and David Moon. She is also survived by five grandchildren; six great-grandchildren.
