She was predeceased by: her parents, Blanche Vickery (Clyde Franklin Fulghum) and Mary; and her siblings, Kathryn Brown, Dee Fulghum, Shirley Shaw Dutton, Sue Sheppard, Billy Joe and Bennie Ray Fulghum.
She is survived by: her sister Carolyn Turner; and her sibling's children, Debra Ballenger and Chris Shaw.
