As we bid farewell to this cherished soul, solace is taken in the memories held dear — the laughter shared, the wisdom imparted, the moments of quiet reflection in their presence. Though Mary may no longer walk among us, her spirit lives on in the echoes of her kindness, the warmth of her embrace, and the light of her enduring love.

She was predeceased by: her former husband Ralph Van Whitfield. She is survived by: her brother-in-law Ronnie Whitfield (Pamela); her sons, Jason Whitfield (Jennifer) and John Whitfield; her grandsons, Brooks and Caleb; her sister Angela Morrison (David) of Anderson; her nephew Blake Miller; and her niece Meredith Welch.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to Meadow Brook Church in her memory.
