He is survived by: his siblings, Ali Neal and Robert Leary (Bud); his son Tinsley Evans; his siblings' children, Harper Boyles, Madison Welch, Morgan Deitz and Cooper Boyles; his uncle Keith Miller; his cousin Hollie Miller; his grandfather Joseph Slavik; and his friends, Chase, Felicia, Caleb, Cali, Morgan Christian, Dennis Nash, Courtney Whitman, Adam Frost, Crystal Wharton, Amy Evans Miller, Sheryl, Todd McCollum and Haroxd Moon.
