He was predeceased by: his wife Darlene Ethel Peranzo; his parents, Peter Peranzo, Sr. and Isabell Giaquinto Peranzo; and his brother John Peranzo. He is survived by: his children, Eileen Caner (Daniel), Elizabeth Peranzo and Peter Peranzo III (Jessica); his grandchildren, Anthony Peranzo-Fezza, Peter Peranzo IV, Parker Peranzo and Dolly Peranzo; and his brother Philip Peranzo (Louise).
