He was predeceased by: his parents, James Allen and Frances Morris Allen; his stepmother Jennie R. Sims Allen; his siblings, James E. Allen, Khalid Abdul Rachman "Ricky" and Joyce Allen Goodman; and his nephew Kevin Moss.
He is survived by: his children, Felicia Allen of Anderson, SC, Reginald Allen Jr. (Ashley) of Greer, SC and Kadarius Allen of Anderson, SC; and his siblings, Rodney Allen (Kathy), Teresa Allen Chancellor of Anderson, SC. and Barbara Allen Flemming of Anderson, SC.. He is also survived by six grandchildren and a host of nieces, nephews.
