He is survived by: his wife Gwendolyn Meyer Mochak of Anderson, SC; his brother Frank Mochak Jr. (Helena) of Westfield, MA; his stepchildren, Amber McMillan of Leesville, SC and Robert Rimbold of St. Petersburg; and his granddaughter Alyssa McMillan of Leesville, SC..
