He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Foster Acker and Betty Sue Reeder Acker; his brother Charles Alan Acker; and his grandparents, Perry Ellison, Emma Lee Reeder, Earnest Foster and Virtue Bentley Acker.
He is survived by: his sister Teri Acker; and his sibling's children, Nick Pollard, Talyn Pollard, Ryan Pollard (Laurie), Ryleigh Pollard and Ryder Pollard. He is also survived by many loving aunts, uncles, and cousins.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, October 8th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the K. L. Brown Memory Chapel (620 Golden Springs Rd, Anniston, AL 36207). A memorial service will be held on Wednesday, October 8th 2025 at 6:00 PM at the same location.
