She was predeceased by: her parents, William Butler and Ella Butler. She is survived by: her husband Artie Furtick; her sons, Cliff (Krista), David (Becky), Paul (Cathy), Rusty (Barbara) and Craig (Beth); and her grandchildren, Jenelle (Dominic), Andrew, Lauren (Jacob), Patrick (Savannah), Taylor (Karla), Katie, Ben (Suzy), Josh (Meg), David (Laura), Haley, Amanda (Brandon), Micah, Maddie and Macey. She is also survived by 15 great-grandchildren.
