She was predeceased by: her parents, John Revan and Alma Revan; her husband Richard Jacks; and her siblings, Betty Cook and W. L. Revan.
She is survived by: her daughters, Laura Ruffin (Gene) and Nancy Mansfield (David). She is also survived by nieces, nephews, in-laws, extended family.
