He is survived by : his mother Harriette Crawford Westbrook; his sons, Brian Westbrooks and Brandon Elrod; his sisters, Claudette Tench (Robbie) and Nancy Culbertson (Tim); his nephew Nicholas Phillips (Emily); and his great-nieces, Brooklynn and Emma Phillips.
