He is survived by: his children, Melissa Elaine Tillman of Pelzer, SC and Carlos Antonio Scott of Anderson, SC; his brothers, Bobby Estrich of Anderson, SC, Jessie Brown of Anderson, SC, Hugh Brown, Jr. of Anderson, SC and James Estrich of Anderson, SC; and his grandchildren, Tevazia, Demygie, J'Quavius and Shirlayah. He is also survived by other relatives and many friends.
