She was predeceased by: her parents, Harry Randall Burdette and Sarah Ann Lewis Burdette; and her sister Shirley Burdette Smith. She is survived by: her husband Marshall Timms; her children, Nathan Timms (Michelle), Amy Timms Durrance (Gene) and Matthew Timms; her adoptive son Justin Timms; her grandchildren, Levi Williamson, Luke Williamson (Megan), Lauren Durrance, Leah Durrance, Andrew Timms, Jacob Timms and Odysseus Timms; and her siblings, David Burdette, Tammy Planchon, Daniel Burdette and Deanna Edadiz. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
A memorial service will be held on Sunday, November 29th 2026 at 12:30 PM at the River of Life Church of God (601 S McDuffie St, Anderson, SC 29624).
During the last few years of life, as Alzheimer's dementia gradually changed so much about her, Vicky often found ways to laugh with those around her.
