He is survived by: his wife Mary Dawson Dean; his son William Andrew Dean of Belton; his stepdaughter Demeshe Dawson; and his siblings, Ida Ann Smith of Belton, Marilyn Dean of Anderson and Jerry Edwards of McCormick. He is also survived by nine grandchildren; and a host of cherished nieces, nephews, extended family members, and dear friends.
