He was predeceased by: his parents, James Richard Partain and Willie Ruth Shaw Partain; his sons, Bill Partain, Jr. and Josh Breest; and his sister Ann Hatcher.
He is survived by: his wife Donna Partain; his children, Teresa Callaham, Angie Partain, Elaine Partain and Niki Smith; and his sister Judy Partain. He is also survived by thirteen grandchildren, several great-grandchildren.
