He was predeceased by : his parents, Henry Davis and Mary McKnight Davis; his wife Sarah H. Frazier Davis; and his siblings, Victoria, Rebecca, Dorothy, Vivian, Hattie, Andrew, Isaac, Willie and Vander.
He is survived by : his stepdaughter Beverly; his children, Bethel Jr. Davis (Barbara), Henry Davis (Cathy), Karl Davis (Annette), Sherry Davis Livingston (Learnant) and Wayne Davis (Elethia); his sister Lee Ella Davis of Rochester, NY; his friends, T. M. Snow, Rev. Wilford Kinlaw, Henry Gibson (Valarie), Johnny Dorsey (Betty), Ozell Dorsey (Emma), Nathaniel Dorsey (Katherine), Derome Gibson (Ruth), Frank Cooper Jr., Bill Bailey, Raymond Cooper, Otis Dorsey and Kenny Morris; and also Beverly Sweat (Jerome). He is also survived by six sisters-in-law, two brother in laws, host of loving nieces, nephews, grandnieces and grandnephews; host of other relatives.
