He is survived by: his wife Mary Wilson Cox; his children, Jackie Gladding and Larry Cox (Julie); his grandchildren, Justin Alford (Mandy), John David Glisson, Devon Owens (Marshall), Cody Cox and Lauren Clarke (John); his great grandchildren, Carmen Alford, Ella Alford, Mariah Lane Owens, Whitley Glisson and Iris Mae Owens; his sister Agnes Roberts of Macon, GA; his sister-in-law Aileen Cox Crosby (Roland Cox); his niece Tressa W. Morris; and his caregivers, Margaret Thomas and Peggy Moore. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
